I love the images from my Logitech C920 but the audio is awful. Anyone out there have a solution to recording guitar for web upload they are happy with. Much appreciate the lift!!

I've used two methods:

1) A simple headset and microphone. Mine is from the Rosetta Stone software (I used to work there).

2) If you want to go slightly more advanced, get a Blu Snowball Ice mic. They're only about $50 and the sound quality and noise reduction are outstanding for the price.

Thx a lot. I came up with the Blue Yeti Blackout as the audio solution. Same outfit a bit more cost but it WORKS with my Cubase Pro 8.5 audio output going Quad Capture ASIO that output to my amp with the Blue Yeti picking up voice as well as audio all in sync with the vid.

USB webcams and a soundcard with a little mixer. For PCI slots the best card is the M-Audio Audiophile 2496.
If you have only PCI-e then an Asus XONAR sound card.

Sorry dont know much about Mac sound cards.
