Questions regarding the Important Scale Sequences .pdf

Hello Everyone,

Possibly a dumb/naive question but just to be clear, are these triad arpeggio sequences fingered as chords (triads) or are they arpeggiated individually in the sequences indicated?

Important Scale Sequences .pdf:

1.14: Triad Arpeggio Sequence No. 1
Ascending: 1-3-5, 2-4-6, 3-5-7, 4-6-1, 5-7-2, 6-1-3, 7-2-4 Descending:4-2-7, 3-1-6, 2-7-5, 1-6-4, 7-5-3, 6-4-2, 5-3-1
1.15: Triad Arpeggio Sequence No.2

and does 1.17 only apply to bebop pattern # 1 ?

As the name suggests they are arpeggios so play them as such. theres videos on youtube explaining how to play them also

Heres one for you try around 50 minutes into it
