After subscribing to PB's online guitar lessons, I'm having problem viewing some of the mp4 videos. Anyone having the same problem?

this is a technical suport issue - if you are a paying subscriber and are having difficulties please notify me directly right aay. What specific .mp4 videos are causing the problems/

Its been since Jan 21 since his post. No response. I dont know who this guy is.
People subscribe for lessons and then when they join the forum they change to
an unfamiliar handle for their username and expect me to know who they are.
Dont know if this guy resolved this problem or not but all the .mp4's all work fine
we test them all the time.
