Hey folks, here's a short video of me playing some of the module 2 left-hand exercises. Tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Chromatic forms on 1st string: 0:00 - 0:13
2-finger spiders: 0:13 - 0:40
3-finger spiders: 0:40 - 1:10
2-finger ladders: 1:10 - 2:29

I'd say you need to loosen up your picking hand and use more of your wrist when picking not your arm.
