How To Upload Video To Forum

Step 1: Upload video to youtube
Step 2: On forum click "Create New Topic" or "Reply."
Step 3: Click "Video Einfugen"
Step 4: Copy and past youtube URL into box

You can also simply copy and paste the link to your video.

Sometimes there may be problems with posting a video. This is usually a server problem and not an issue with your video.

I haven't seen any "Video Einfugen". What am I missing? I copied and pasted the link, but it said I was allowed 0 links!!! Also, I uploaded it to U Tube as a .mp4, so the server wouldn't crash... ?

Does a person have to upload to youtube to post a vid? or can i shoot it on my cell phone and just upload from my computer to the forum? sorry for the stupid question lol

You have to have your video hosted somewhere in the net (youtube etc.), but I guess that you can load it straight from your phone to youtube (perhaps some other places too)! Even then be sure to check out if your phone deal, or whatever it is called where you live, has unlimited data transfer. Your phone (if it's a smart phone) monitors how many megabytes you've used (net surfing etc.) and if you exceed the "deal you've made" (probably a monthly amount) they'll come greedily after your wallet.

( So you cannot stream from your own computer to this forum or any other place. Anything that others can see in the net, must float somewhere in the net. )

If you are not sure, whether you can use your phone to send your vids, then just put them on your computer and upload from there to youtube or some other site. Hope this helps!

I finally managed to add a link from youtube.I dont know if i'm correct here but it seems to work better if the https is just http in the address.
