Ok.....there are two things that bother me intensly!!
1. World speed picking records where the guy has effects ON!
If your going to go fro a world speed picking record do it on an aqoustic!!!
Or dont do it at all!
2. And this one I shouldnt say anything about it because i dont practice the tech. and I cant play it that well(because I dont practice it)
and that is.....tape or a sock or something over the strings to dampen the string noise when using a two handed tech. I know I shouldnt say anything but that bothers me! A good technique is one where you can use with othe techniques and be able to switch quickly between them. The sock or tape just seems like cheating to me.... The guy is obviously a great player but in my opinion...he is using a crutch with the tape over the strings....yeah I know i know.....just my 2 cents. I have ideas that I dont show because they have a crutch behind them...sooo...I dont use them unless I am screwing around.
