Ever combo exercises?

going over chromatic, trills, and spiders. started integrating them all into 1.
ex) land your chromatic, spider up to the next string, spider down, hit them trills....move on down(next chromatic)

wanted to add that I do this as more of a speed exercise....(thank you Pebber for exposing me to Shawn Lane). I watched a video of his and he discussed his speed. He said you have to go out of your comfort zone once in awhile even if you hit the wrong notes.

Do you have them down....each separately?

I call it pushing...yes....push yourself at the end of a long practice day.
Thats when you will see yourself progressing.
Like always....video tape yourself or at least audio record yourself so you can see how
you develop.
A mirror in front of you helps tremendously as well!!!!
