Wrist pain

slightest pain in the back of my wrist. was practicing wholetone, diminished, scales and paul gilberts technical difficulties last night i can normally trill and all that for hours. so last night never really did a lot and today have this pain. should i give the left hand a rest..

Is it around the tendon?

Did you lift something heavy?

Maybe a week off...:(

On the top right side of wrist funny thing is it has gone off now,, was trying a gilbert song that requires a 17-14-11 pull off.

I agree with Frakh. Rest it for a week. Usually when I encounter any hand pain rest solves the problem. If it continues I would take PB's advice and see a chiropractor or accupuncturist.
