I was wondering if you could combine right hand and left hand technique exercises. I know its good to focus on one hand at a time, to perfect your technique, but I'm sure I can do things like Chromatic Shifting and alternate picking warm-ups at the same time.

So is it alright to combine certain ones or not?

pebber mentions in one of his you tube vids that one of his students does exactly this and is fine if you can do it

I have limited internet. I'm limited to maybe ten minutes or so every now and then. I've spent months looking up videos and downloading PDFs. I do all I can for info: books, everything.
