    Hi Pebber et al

I am a 46 year old noob from the UK who has been poncing about with the electric guitar for about 8 months and was looking for a structured practice routine to adhere to.

After 6 months I found this one here which I am quite pleased with:
    http://www.justinguitar.com/index.php

Justin Sandercoe has gone to the bother of producing a 100 song beginners book (which I have purchased here http://www.justinguitar.com/en/PR-102-BeginnersSongbook.php) for his beginners to work through so at least they can play a few songs as they learn chords and strumming patterns.

OK the point I am making is this.

What songs do you suggest us real beginners should tackle and from what reliable source (preferably named book/www site etc) should we obtain them? (I have heard that tab sites are notorious for wrong transcriptions.)

Obviously as a beginner I am ill equipped to transcribe for myself.

    ATB
    Steve

PS. As this is my first post I have to say that Pebber must be a sadist....purple text on a green/black background for his YouTube site! I have a First Class Honours Degree in Computer Science and would never pick those colours unless I really wanted to piss someone off....hehehehehe.

Anyway Pebber, again many thanks for your excellent videos.
